Holiday Touchdown: A Bears Love Story (2026): What We Know So Far

Hallmark’s NFL Christmas run is not slowing down. After the Kansas City Chiefs and the Buffalo Bills, the Chicago Bears are up next with Holiday Touchdown: A Bears Love Story, the third film in the network’s football-meets-Christmas franchise. It is set for Countdown to Christmas 2026.

Details are still thin. Hallmark announced the project with a short video featuring Bears head coach Ben Johnson and tight end Colston Loveland, but the cast has not been revealed yet, and neither has the plot. If the first two movies are any guide, expect a Bears-obsessed family, a romance stitched through the season, and a whole lot of team gear on screen.

What we are watching for

The big open question is casting. The Chiefs and Bills movies leaned on familiar Hallmark leads plus real team touches, so the cast reveal is the next domino to fall. We will update this page as Hallmark fills in the blanks.
