Merry Christmas, Ted Cooper!

Hallmark’s Merry Christmas, Ted Cooper! brings together two beloved stars — Robert Buckley and Kimberley Sustad — in a story filled with humor, holiday spirit, and second chances, a new movie to air in 2025 on Hallmark Channel.

Ted Cooper (Buckley) is a cheerful small-town weatherman who loves Christmas — but the past few holidays have been a disaster. This year, Ted is determined to make things different. Returning to his hometown of Lackawanna, New York, he’s set on having the perfect Christmas.

However, things quickly take a turn when Ted’s holiday optimism collides with a string of comical mishaps. Within hours of arriving at his sister Kate’s house, he tumbles off a ladder while hanging decorations and ends up at Urgent Care. There, he crosses paths with his former high school teacher, Ruth Mittens, who always believed in him.

And then comes Dr. Hope Miller (Sustad) — Ted’s former classmate and longtime crush, now back in town and ready to change his life in ways he never expected.

Between laughter, mishaps, and heartfelt moments, Ted learns that the true magic of Christmas isn’t about perfection — it’s about the people who stand by you when life gets messy.
