Our Christmas Mural (2023): Cast, Plot & Where to Watch
Our Christmas Mural is a 2023 Hallmark Channel original that leans into the network’s favorite mix: a hometown return, a creative second act, and a slow-burn romance built one brushstroke at a time. If you missed it during Countdown to Christmas, it is streaming again this season, so here is the full rundown on the cast, the story, and every way to watch.
What Our Christmas Mural Is About
Olivia is a single mom who heads back to her small hometown for the holidays, expecting a quiet Christmas with family. Her mother has other plans and secretly enters her in the town’s annual mural contest. Olivia wins, but the prize comes with a catch: she has to bring the winning design to life alongside Will, a local teacher with his own ideas about what the mural should say. As the two paint their way toward the big reveal, the project stirs up old feelings, new sparks, and a little holiday magic.
It is a classic Hallmark setup, but the art-contest hook gives it a fresher backdrop than the usual bakery or inn, and the mural itself becomes a nice stand-in for two people figuring out how their lives fit together.
Cast
- Alex Paxton-Beesley as Olivia, the returning single mom at the center of the story
