Plot Summary
After a career-ending knee injury, Staff Sergeant Kelly Brandt (Rhiannon Fish) returns home for the holidays—feeling lost and uncertain about what comes next. Used to leading troops and thriving on discipline, Kelly struggles to find her footing outside of military life.
But her family refuses to let her sink into self-doubt. They convince her to lead her hometown team in the annual Christmas Cup, a spirited holiday competition against a neighboring town. With a little encouragement—and some much-needed help from Fire Captain Quinn Stokley (Ben Rosenbaum)—Kelly finds herself rediscovering her confidence, leadership, and joy.
As Kelly trains her team, sparks begin to fly between her and Quinn. Just as things are looking up, she receives the long-awaited call from the Marines… but it’s not the opportunity she expected. Ordered to report to a Hawaiian base on the same day as the Christmas Cup, Kelly faces a tough decision that will test her heart and her sense of duty.
In true Hallmark fashion, The Christmas Cup reminds us that there’s more than one way to serve—and sometimes, love and community are the greatest missions of all.
